Introduction
The fan is suitable for equipped with economizer (heater) and smoke and dust removal device.
The main components of the centrifugal fan are: impeller, casing, coupling and shaft. The impeller is the main work component that generates wind pressure and transfers energy; the casing is mainly used to introduce gas and exhaust gas, and at the same time convert part of the kinetic energy of the gas into pressure energy; the coupling is used to connect the motor and the fan to transmit torque;the shaft is installed with the motor through a coupling and the impeller is fixed.
It is a high-efficiency energy-saving product jointly designed by the national fan industry and organized by the national wind power industry and the Ministry of Machinery Industry.
The 9-11 series fan has a large flow rate and moderate pressure.
This fan is designed for the purpose of using industrial boiler to work in the high-efficiency area and achieve the energy-saving target.
Product features
1.The fan system running at normal temperature with an impeller diameter of less than 1400 mm does not require additional configuration of bearing cooling device, which reduces the user's investment and maintenance workload.
2. When the airflow resistance is increased, the motor load will be automatically reduced and the motor will not be burnt.
3.The fan is made of high quality carbon steel, and can also use stainless steel or other metal materials according to customer requirements.
4. Running test and vibration value detection after the production is completed, the fan operation is reliable.
5.Centrifugal fan runs smoothly: the optimized design of the impeller reduces the axial force to a minimum, and there is an efficient impeller, and the static and dynamic balance correction makes the whole machine run smoothly. Without any damping device, the bearing Amplitude ≤0.04mm.
